1 Definitions and Interpretation

3.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, twenty-four hours per day. Standard processing time for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals is fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within one (1) to three (3) business days. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Prohibited Uses and Conduct

6.2 Technical Exploitation

Users are strictly prohibited from: attempting to gain unauthorized access to adili systems, servers, or databases; using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform; reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from adili software; exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain; and interfering with the proper functioning of the platform or other users' experiences.

6.3 Collusion and Fraud

Collusion between players, chip dumping, soft playing, and any form of coordinated play designed to gain unfair advantage over adili Casino or other players is strictly forbidden. 9 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Customer Complaints

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint fairly and promptly. Complaints should be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

During suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or withdraw funds pending investigation.

10.2 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your adili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Funds left in closed accounts for more than ninety (90) days may be subject to administrative fees. Closure of your account does not release you from obligations arising prior to the closure date.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. adili may charge a monthly dormancy fee for accounts remaining inactive beyond this period. We will notify you via email before implementing dormancy fees. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact customer support.

11 Responsible Gaming Obligations
